It depends on your situation, some players have found it to be very helpful.

Try these Zynga Troubleshooting tips:
If the Trouble Shooting Tips don't fix the problem then contact Zynga Customer Support.
There is a Support tab at the top of your farm, click that and at the bottom of the list that opens there should be a red Contact Us button. If there is no Contact Us button you can also use one of the following links and the red Contact Us button at the upper right or Submit button at the bottom.
Please try the tab on your farm first as it will pre-fill many of the questions on the form. Good luck!
it has stopped working for me, google chrome/windows 10 . I have not long got back into the game, but still glitches like the old days, losing any enjoyment. I honestly think zynga and google need to sit down together and sort it, at the end of the day it is zyngas loss if people stop playing, each time I play I have to click on allow flash this time, why on earth chrome can't remember the setting? good luck folks, will keep chugging away. tried other browsers, and still issues,
You might find it better to change your browser to Mozilla Firefox and play through 'Gameroom' The more Farms Zynga install the greater the pressure on the CPU and processes. Many laptops do not have the CPU speed to cope. Right click on a blank section of screen, 'click on Task Manager' 'performance' Check the nuber of processes being used and the CPU speed, if it is not 170+ and 3.2 GHZ you may have inferior CPU resulting in 'crashes'. When I started playing there was only one Farm and no problems. Not everyone can afford to increase the CPU just so they can play 'Farmville' trouble free. But are Zynga bothered?
