Need Support

Hi Farmville,

I am an avid fan of this game although I had been inactive for more than 5 years I guess. I restarted playing recently and have become fonder in playing it. I have three issues I experienced recently and am hoping you could help me.

1. I cannot use my Farmhands in my Giftbox; I understand that you can only use 1 of it but I havent used it ever.
2. I recently installed Farmville Flash Helper but I have not received the Farmville Cash and free item.
3. I want to regain my 8 FV cash for an item I did not like; I accidentally clicked on the "buy item" at the time I was closing the prompt when the screen became pixelated.
