Whoa Farmer - Long Island Jamboree

I am unable to plant crops, expand Jamboree Diner, keep getting a Whoa Farmer error. I have cleared my cache.
This has been happening since yesterday. It is not happening on the other farms.

according to the new thread at the top of the page ... this has been fixed .... perhaps close your farm and reopen it ... and all should be ok ...

This has not been solved, it just happened again. Closing my farm and reopening does not work.
