Not receiving prizes won in the weekly raffle

It´s been 3 weeks I win the ornamental cat in the weekly raffle. Everytime I try to place them in my farm the whoa farmer pop starts and gets me out of the game, when I log in again my cats have dissapeared from my gift bos. Please help me!
