yesterday I was able to share on the feeds tab, today I cannot. Can't use trading post either

Yesterday I was able to share on the feeds tab. Today Their are few neighbors listed.

Yesterday I was able to trade on the trading post. Today there are no listings.

Any idea of what I can do to fix this?
