Is feed panel blocking unclaimed feeds

I think the feeds panel is blocking unclaimed feeds. The only ones I can claim are friends on facebook.

Not sure what it is doing, other than being a waste of time. Mine seem to only show 4hrs or older, then they have all been claimed.

well it says to keep refresing but after 5 minutes nothing happen

My unclaimed feeds panel is not working. Cannot claim anything from community neighbors as I used too. Nor can I help them.
