have you checked your gift box ... type in the little search box up the top right hand corner of the gift box ... if its there ... put it on your farm ... open it ... then it will rescind to your gift box again ... you have to replace it onto the farm .... if its not in your gift box you will have to contact support ... click on the support button along the top of your fv window and follow the prompts ...
