Not able to get any Copper Satangs for harvesting crops.

I am not getting any Copper Satangs when I harvest crops. I was able to get them earlier this week. I am still not able to receive help when I ask for parts. Does anybody know what is going on or how to get Farmville administrators to looks at the issue?

    you can try contacting support about this ...but some crops dont give satangs ... and you have a limit of 50 satangs per day that you can collect ...
    as to asking for parts ... you need to get some more neighbours ... there is a thread on this forum where you can put your name and also collect other farmers names to help you out with this
