enlarging farm Ville

I wanted to enlarge my farm several times so I enlarged it the first one. Then I went to Family farm to enlarge it for that one. It said that I needed to enlarge it the first one. Do you have to enlarge it the first one twice? I took a picture of the farm and you can see that it was enlarged. Why do I have to enlarge it again. I only have three neighbors so I had to pay for the enlargements.
