Missing licenses?!

I've played for many years and I suddenly realized that the free licenses I earned (I did all the quests when the english farm came out and earned the farm transfer license for it, and I reached a specific level in Hanging Gardens and earned the license for it) were gone. Now it's not showing me any licenses, it's saying I have to buy them all with farm cash (including the ones I already earned? what the heck?)

I know I earned them, I played the farms up to those levels, and I know I cleared the english farm.

Is there any way to fix this?

contact support ... they will be able to look at your farms and see if you did earn the licenses and hopefully give them back to you ...
