Ok, this is not cool anymore. I've done everything you all have said. Now everyone that signs into FaceBook from my computer CAN play FarmVille except for me. I get a white screen. This is going on 10 full days now. With no help or resolution other than for me to try and fix it. Can I get some help??????

click on the 'support' along the top of the FV window ... and see if they can help you with this problem

Farmville crashes and white screen appears with "forbidden" written at top of page and under that is #403 and under that is nginx.........So what is going on ???? Long time player and right now NOT a happy camper!!!

My white screen is actually flashing on and off like a strobe light. This started 10/24/16 at about 9am CST. Tried to get into farmville now, same thing. What's up with this?

I could not finish quest Part 7 of A very Merry Christmas. the only things I need are two of twelve sweet candy canes!!!!! I am so frustrated! White screen always appears after I click "POST TO FACEBOOK".

There is a Support tab at the top of your farm, click that and at the bottom of the list that opens there should be a red Contact Us button. If there is no Contact Us button you can also use the following link and the red Contact Us button at the upper right.

I have a white screen since Dec 8. Contacted Support Team two times, got answers: " need to further look into this to get it sorted out" and " Thank you for keeping us updated with your concern. We might need to further look into this to get it sorted out". Still a white screen!
Everyone else can play FV on my laptop. Tried to play FV on another computer and anpther laptop...white screen.
I am just wondering, how long it will take to solve this problem???
I know it is frustrating but there are many different reasons for the white screen so it is impossible to know when yours will be fixed. It sounds like there is something wrong with your farm and you just have to trust that Tech Support is working on it, and as soon as they figure out the problem it will be fixed.
