We're glad to share that the team has fixed the FarmVille Requests Envelope. With the adjustments they have done, the gifts and requests from your friends should appear in your envelope once again!

A number of players have reported various issues with the Requests envelope that have affected the gifting aspect of their games. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured that the FarmVille team is working on fixing the two main issues reported to us:
The envelope is showing only one or a few gifts
The envelope is stuck and will not open
The envelope is missing
