No Instant Grows for Level 6 Bingo (see workaround post #1)

I reached level 6 yesterday and still no free Insta grow in my gifts. I keep going back to Bingo to play hoping to return to Fv to get my reward, but it's never there! Did you mean to finish level 6?

Same here..reached Level 6, but never got the Insta Grow..

Do you have the little blue bingo ball at the top right of the screen in Farmville? I had to actually click on that, which took me to the Bingo game, then refresh Farmville and they were there. Hope this helps

If it is like the last couple of cross-promotions for both Farmville and Castleville, they won't actually credit until the promotion ends for some reason.

I have reached level 6 in the Bingo game and i have not received the 10 insta-grows that i am supposed to have received, i received the 10 thousand chips in poker but i am more interested in the insta grows, any help would be much appreaciated. Thanks Again Chuck

I've rarely gotten these cross promos to work. I had hopes for this one because I wanted the instagrows but level 6 in Bingo and nothing. I tried clicking the little blue ball and refreshing and still nothing. Thanks Zynga.

I have went back and forth between Farmville and the Bingo one, using the blue ball, and still NO insta grow . Guess they got a new bug to work on. Good luck to all that have not got it yet.

Play FV frequently, I saw that if you start playing Zynga Bingo and you reach level 6, you get 10 free instant grows in Farmville. I had gotten to level 6 in Zynga Bingo, but NEVER received the free instant grows in FV. This is pretty disappointing.. Considering I spent a TON of time on Zynga Bingo just to reach level 6 for the free instant grows! Also, I play Zynga Poker, that ALSO is suppose to give you 1 million chips for free. NEVER got any of it! I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem- Its pretty ****ed up in my opinion, If Zynga doesn't fix this problem, I'll be done playing. I can find plenty of other games as interesting- who won't **** me over. Please fix this problem or you'll be losing a valuable player!!

Same with me! They offer NO INFORMATION about how to obtain these prizes once you have reached the particular goal. I want my prize when I reach the goal. I don't want to wait for Zynga to fiz some glitch (that should have been fixed before they started all of this in the first place)....RIDICULOUS, as usual. I am contacting Customer Service. I am NOT WAITING.

I did not receive my instant grows. I refreshed the game several times, I pressed on the in-game ball icon, I refreshed the game again with the bingo game tab open, still nothing.
