Candy Cane Redemption Items Missing from Gift Box

Some players find their Candy Cane items missing from their gift boxes.
Status:
This issue is currently under investigation.
Workaround:
As this may be caused by a gift box limitation issue, it is recommended that players with large numbers of items in their gift boxes try removing/re-gifting some of them to make room for any new items until this issue is resolved.
