Winter Workshop Progress Not Saving

Players refresh their farms to find their Winter Workshops have not saved their building progress, or have reverted to a former state.

This issue was resolved in a previous update. If you have lost building progress from this issue, please contact customer support for reimbursement here: http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/ask
