I got an email this morning from facebook saying that my VIP subscription was cancelled by the developer. They just took my payment out 5 days ago. So, since Zynga is the one that cancelled does that mean i will get a refund or are they just going to keep my money for nothing? Either re-instate my subscription or give me my money back.
Refreshing does help at all. I really need Zynga to look into the issue.

I have the same problem started yesterday...confirmed that my payment is not due until next week but keeps asking me to resubscribe but then says I am active but diamond status is missing...this rots big time can't play hardly at all....

my monthly fee was just paid a couple of days ago but when I logged on this morning it had disappeared. I am unable to get brussels to complete tasks as market stall is full but If my VIP status was still there I would have plenty of space.

This morning I had my extra bushels. This afternoon I signed on and had lost my 900 extra bushels so was unable to farm.
This happened to me as well. They did not take the Sept payment, but when I try to sign up again, it says subscription active. I cannot gather the needed bushels to complete Farm Run. Most frustrating and disappointing.
I am not getting benefits.
