On the halloween quest from monday, I could not receive ANY quest items. I contacted support who ignored me. I had to PAY 3 FV $$$ for each item to do the quest, for a total of 18 FV $$ , which have NOT been reimbursed. I am now having to do the same for the thursday quest, as I still cannot receive quest items. I may not have enough FV $$$ to complete this one, but if I do, then ZYNGA will OWE ME a total of 45 FV $$$ purchased with money from my minuscule SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK. Oh, and I"m a ViP player for 2-3 years now. This is how you can expect support to NOT help you when needed.
It's obvious Zynga knows about the flash problem on Farmville and either can't, or won't, fix it. I've tried all the 'fixes' and 4 different browsers.
No reply from support over the issue and have been told by a fellow player that he has been waiting for an answer since April.
If I am unable to play the game, I want a refund of the money I spent on FV cash. Currently have 134 FV Cash.

Trying to rejoin VIP membership, keep getting won't go through ??? is missing but won't let me know what or how to fix. Can not fix, tried for3 days now! I've lost my Diamond membership, having to start over, got fee in my PayPal account so know that isn't the problem
