This has happened to me several times. Up until today, I've always made a support ticket & they've sent similar to what I should have gotten. This time however, they sent me an email for each account basically blaming me for having too much stuff in my gift box. I did have stuff in one gift box. The others had 0-4 items in them. They just ignored the fact there is no record the war even happened in the war log. That is pretty much proof it's Zynga's issue. I'd try to make a support ticket. Maybe they'll help you with their screw up without blaming you.
