¿porque tengo el error de tener la pantalla negra, he mandado muchos mensajes y no me han dado una respuesta clara?
I have same problem alredy 2 months. All functions and buttons are working just they don't show up. On auto(high) resolution everything around seems black, but on medium resolution the grass is green.
The problem is only on Facebook Gameroom Windows version. From my mobile Android version everything works perfect.
Appreciate the report, and apologies for the inconvenience, @khanmadrid and @Freeco. The E&A team has already been informed and currently looking into this issue. In the meantime, please follow the workarounds outlined in this article that may help fix it. Your patience is appreciated.

Which OS version are you guys on?
Think logically. How can all gamers can be outdated drivers on windows. If the game is still running on android without problems then problem must be searched on "Empires & Allies" graphic or in windows graphic rules. Have u ever tried to run this game on different os or on different screens? I'm using windows 7 and i have driver booster 5 also. All my drivers are updated.

On other games on facebook gameroom everything runs without problems. So i think that the problem must be in the "empires & allies" graphic.
Yes I had this happen also for a short time and loved it, wish I could keep it that way forever, game ran so well without all their stupid graphics that cant be turned off!

In each update, the game demands more hardware capacity. Six months before I experienced that same error of the black screen with fuchsia squares. If you play from a desktop computer, I recommend that you install a new higher capacity graphics card.
what is the minimum?
The hardware of my computer is very basic, but it allowed me to play EMPIRES & ALLIES. As I mentioned earlier, six months ago in the previous update, I experienced the same error, black screen and fuchsia squares.
Enter other games and they were displayed well, but when I entered other games with equal graphics quality of EMPIRES & ALLIES, the same error happened, black screen and fuchsia squares. Then I thought that maybe when improving my computer's graphics card would help me.
Buy a basic graphic card of better quality than my computer had previously (XFX AMD RADEON R7 240A 2GB DDR3 graphics card). I installed it and the problem disappeared, I could visualize the game correctly.
If you play on a desktop computer, I recommend that you buy and install a new higher capacity graphic card than your computer currently has.
That was the solution that helped me six months ago.
