Currently the winner in alliance wars that results from a tie in flags is being awarded to the alliance that got there first. This is not only completely unfair, but also awards winner, in many instances, to the weaker alliance.
The Winner of a Tied war should be based off of the highest average attack damage percentage between the 2 alliances. This change would actually award the stronger alliance victory instead of the one able to attacker quicker.
Being a game played globally, with alliances being formed of multinational memebers, this should be an obvious change to make the game a fair one.
