Make the WINNER of a Tie flag result fair!!!

Currently the winner in alliance wars that results from a tie in flags is being awarded to the alliance that got there first. This is not only completely unfair, but also awards winner, in many instances, to the weaker alliance.
The Winner of a Tied war should be based off of the highest average attack damage percentage between the 2 alliances. This change would actually award the stronger alliance victory instead of the one able to attacker quicker.
Being a game played globally, with alliances being formed of multinational memebers, this should be an obvious change to make the game a fair one.

I agree, but what would happen, alliance would lose so often, they would quit or would need to join a stronger alliance, which I think would be unrealistic.

And there would actually be a zero point to start making hits when war starts.

Some single man alliances play that way now, often the other team just hits with their jumper accounts to get loot or are content with loser loot and make zero hits and those wars are actually are not that fun. Or, they know there is no way you could beat them, so the hit whenever they want.
