Auto Removal of ‘inactive’ General in an Alliance

Q: What happens when the General of an Alliance has not logged into the Game?
A:
When a General doesn’t login for 7 days continuously, a notification will be sent every alternate day, for the next 7 days prompting the General to login.

Q: What happens when the General doesn’t login in spite of receiving notifications?
A: A General who has not logged into the game for 14 days qualifies as an ‘Inactive’ General.

An Inactive General will be demoted from his Rank on the 15th day of inactivity and Brigadier with the highest Medal Count from the same Alliance will be promoted as the New General of the Alliance.

Q: Will the General qualify as ‘Inactive’ despite logging in within 14 days?
A:
No, if the General logs in within 14 days, all’s well!

Q: What if an Alliance doesn’t have an Active Brigadier?
A:
If an Alliance has no Active Brigadier (or a Brigadier who didn’t log into the game for 14 days), then the Active Colonel with the highest Medal Count is promoted as the General of the Alliance.

Q: What if an Alliance doesn't’ have an Active Brigadier and an Active Colonel?
A:
If an Alliance has no Active Brigadier and Active Colonel, the next in the hierarchy with the highest Medal Count become the General of the Alliance.

Q: Will the Ex-General be notified of their Demotion?
A:
Yes, the Ex-Generals will be informed via a notification

Q: What position will the Demoted General hold now?
A:
The Demoted General (Ex-General) will become a Brigadier. If your Alliance already has 3 Brigadiers, then the Ex-General will become a Colonel.

Q: Will the rest of the Alliance members be notified about the New General as well?
A:
Yes, a notification is sent to All Alliance members about the New General. This will also be updated on the in-game chat screens available as an announcement.
