I have been trying since Tuesday when the boat race started to contact tech support and have been unsuccessful in each attempt. We all know the get support red button was removed months ago, I’ve tried using online the email gets returned, I’ve tried using a previous email and again it gets returned saying that previous issue is closed, I even tried when you google FV2CE and was told I had to pay $5 or $45 a month to chat with Zynga support, well I’m not doing that.
So please is there any way for players to contact tech support?
My issue is that I chose to visit the Candy Crate as my boat task and it’s not calculating any visits towards my task, I’d rather not discard the task since my special boat task is to complete all 12 task.... so are you able to assist, report or give me correct information on how to contact tech support. Thanks
