Why is my game stuck in Petal Paradise?

I was playing the game yesterday, and everything was working just fine. Then I went into the flower shop to fill some orders and my game is now stuck. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. However, once I get past the very beginning and sign in with Facebook, it goes right back to being stuck in the flower shop. Please help.

Sorry to know that you're stuck at the Petal Paradise, @VanyaAsher. Aside from reinstalling your game app, we recommend getting in touch with our Player Support team and be sure to provide your Player ID on your message so they can check your account right away. Thank you for your cooperation.
I don't know my Player ID because I can't even access the menu in the game to find it. I'm just at a loss as to what to do.

Player idshould be visible in the loading screen when you open the game..

Yes, it should, but it doesn't. As soon as the game loads, it goes straight to the Petal Paradise screen that it has been stuck on for days now.
I finally found where my player id shows when the game is loading. Thank you for your help.
