Lost my level after I reinstall the game!!!
Hello, yestarday I send an email regarding a bug vision. Because it didn't work I try to reinstall the game, but now I lost my level and the game doesn't show me to choose the level I was before the reinstall. He make me choose the same lvl 4 from device or from the cloud. I tried to reach player support to send and other mail after I saw I can't take back my level, but it didn't work. It says "something is wrong". And I also tried everything from the guides and no results...
I was lvl 34 and I even had rank 4 on event. How can I recover my lvl?

I have same problem...I was been on lvl 56, after reinstall, game start again, but in the chat box I can see members of my Coop.

I suffer the same issue. I was a level 91 player but had to reinstall the game due to a connection issue with twitter. My game was saved on facebook. However, when I reinstalled I got rolled back to level 1. The forums said to play until I become level 11 so I could restore from cloud. But now the cloud also shows the same game (level 11). Please, help me get back to my old game save (level 91). Thank you

You have to be connected to the internet and play through a few levels of the tutorial. Then you will be prompted to continue a saved game (your old level) or continue with your current level (the new game).
If that window doesn't pop up, make sure you are connected to the game server (gear icon upper right, settings tab, connect via Facebook or Google play).
