Why is it some in my coop have different tasks

It has come to our attention that some people have different tasks and items than others. Some of these people have a lower level than those that do not get those items. It is hard to help those in my coop with request when I don’t know how to get it. Shouldn’t everyone be the same?

if you don’t have water plots yet the game gives different items during events

I have all the water plots. Items like avocado , gooseberries and bamboo. Also embellishments knitting needles and yarn.
