Unable to eject player

We have a player who continues to join after being removed twice. We are currently recruiting new players and need the co-op open. She refuses to leave. This is harassment and stalking at this point. Now the Eject button isn’t available for myself or my co-op leader. I am thinking she has us blocked. I have photos. Please advise (contact support Button is giving error msg).
