How to grow co op and the rules

I have been leader for few weeks. Min level 17, im level 27. Have around 40 members. I want to know how to manage the co op, and what i need to do.

Co op leader here of 7yrs set up rules for ur co op. Be polite, hlp each other & say hello...etc. I made a group page where we have our co op rules we also post important game/event info we also have a grouo chat so ourmembers can keep in touch outside ig tbe farm the chat is optional. be fair w ur members & encourage them to be friendly let ur members know they can come to w issuses or concerns.
