Farmhands dissapear on Granny's Glade

Hello!
a.For the past month or so, every time i send farmhands to search granny's glade, they dissapear and when the timer ends I get no reward from it.
b. No error message.
c. 
In the screenshot you can see how the granny's glade looks when this bug happens (Just the timer, no farmhands fiddling around)
d.tried restarting the app many times.
e.Windows 10 Home
Hope you guys can provide a solution to this error, I can't play the game without my farmhands, and i've seen some older threads with no response but none comply with the bug report template and none have responses.
