missing my hard earn keys

hi, i just notice that i'm missing all the keys that i earn all the way.
this morning ( about 10 hrs ago) i remember i watched ads to get keys. it was about 3.9k++ keys. lunch time (about 5 hrs ago) i didn't notice about keys. i opened the game for event.
all other like coins, ribbons, timbers etc are all remains, just keys are all gone.
i'm very sure i did not use any keys today for any purpose that might be.
i restarted the game a few times, still the same. i want my keys back.
my player id is 37922318577. please help
