Why is the “ask” option in co-op gone?

I was in a coop and there was a blue button that said ask and you would request items every 6 hours and someone from the coop can send you the items for free. And now I joined a new coop and the option is gone

Hi,
ask option is just available for selected coops. Like water plots is just available for selected players. It's a pity.
If others in my co op have ask and I don’t, how can I get it?
