[KNOWN ISSUE] Can't download and complete the Content update
This content update loop has been going since yesterday. I've tried force closing the app and restarting my device but they didnt work. I really dont want to uninstall-reinstall the app since i might lose my progress. Please tell me what to do so i can play to my current level. Thank you.

Game was locked up on a downloading new stuff screen.
What I have done, force stopped, restarted phone. Still stuck on that screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Went through tutorial till I could log into facebook. Logged into facebook and got the message 'can not sink with cloud until game is updated.
That's as far as it goes, after getting that message it never even tries to update.
Please don't tell me that my wife has lost her level 400 or so game. Level 400 or so means she is in withdraw at this point. Please reply.

I'm having the same problem. I'm in the middle of doing events, etc. and this is taking time away from completing them. I hope we are compensated for this.

@barbieq59 me too, i was the first position at my county fair, and was at the very last phase of the soccer event. Now i cant play at all. This is so frustating.
Updated this morning, opened the game to initiate the update and am now in a loop of constant update and restart.

I have tried to force close several times with the same result. I have also completely shut down my iPad and restarted it with nothing working. This is quite inconvenient during an event and placement status in the County Fair.

Zynga said it fixed already, but not for me. I tried all suggestions- nothing is working!

I have the same issue and suggestions don't work. How do we report if we cannot access game. FRUSTRATING
This issue is NOT fixed. None of the resolution steps work (as usual) Are they going to credit us for lost progress?
We appreciate the workarounds you've done to update your app, guys. The team is currently working to get this fixed, and submitting a ticket to Support is unnecessary. I've had the same problem since this morning.
I have been having the same problem since Friday morning.
I'm still experiencing this issue as well. It's been several days now. Tried all the workarounds and nothing is working.
First, IT IS SAD THAT YOU CANNOT FIND HELP. The content updating...removed the app from my phone, when I reinstalled, it took me back to level one, mad. Followed all the instructions given by Zynga, nothing, madder, to get to reporting the problem from within the game, I am so mad right now because I have to follow all the press this, water that, do this do that, which has gotten me so mad, I swear I could go off on someone. Put my game back where it was AND LET ME SEND YOU THE HELP TICKET.
