You'll need to access the Account Management Tool in order to unblock your opponents, @caralee37. If you're playing on your mobile device, just simply tap on your Manage Block List as shown on the image below.

Please make sure that you and your opponent are using the latest app version, @lil_ninja79. As soon as everything's okay with both accounts, try unblocking him/her by accessing your Manage Block list as shown on the image below or simply log into the Account Management Tool.
