To date, approximately 10,279 street lights for a total of 18,057 street lights will be replaced with LED street lights, which will be completed in September 2018. The project will be funded by the Welsh Government Green Growth Council and will be valued at approximately 1.4 million euros. Repaid the free interests in seven and a half years.

According to the plan, 10,279 lamp replacement will be completed in September. It is estimated that this will reduce 414 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, reduce light pollution, and save energy costs of more than 260,000 euros per year.
