Hello, I am new to the forums, but have been using the app constantly since August 2015. I never encountered an issue and it is quite possibly the one app I use the most. I have enjoyed my experience with it, through and through. So much so, I upgraded to the paid version of it.
However, today I was playing against another user in France (told so by him) and when it was clear I was on the winning end of the game, the app shut down the game after having displayed the following message: 'the game was corrupted and unable to be continued fairly'. It is frustrating as I had just lost 15 ranking points in a game I previously lost to the same opponent.
Is there anything I can do to have the game reestablished?
