All Mobile Games: Troubleshooting for Facebook Connect issues

Hi!

If you are experiencing any issues with Facebook Connect, please try the following steps:

1. Go to the "Settings" of your mobile device
2. Go to the "Facebook" or "Accounts" section
3. Remove the connected Facebook Account
(Note: This will not delete your actual Facebook account)
4. Open your Facebook Application and log out
5. Open your Game Application
6. Reconnect to Facebook

For more detailed instructions, click on a mobile platform below:

> iOS Devices

A) Check if your game app is allowed to access your Facebook account

1. Go to your iOS Settings
2. Select Facebook
3. Make sure that your game has permission (toggle button must be green)
4. Try also to toggle the slider off and back on again
5. Then launch your app while connected via WiFi or cellular

B) If your game is already enabled, try removing the Facebook account.

(Note: This will not delete your actual Facebook account)

1. Go to your iOS Settings
2. Select Facebook
3. Tap on your name
4. Select "Delete Account" and confirm
5. Select "Remove Facebook Info"

If you have installed the Facebook App you also have to log-out from there:

6. Open your Facebook App
7. In the Settings Menu tap on "Log Out"
8. Open your Game App
9. From your game's settings select Log In with Facebook
(Make sure that you allow Facebook to access your basic profile)

You may read your Facebook Account to your iOS Settings when finished.

If you still have issues with Facebook Connect, please try our Additional Workaround below.


> Android Devices

Steps may vary depending on your device:

1. Go to your Android Settings
2. Select "Accounts"
3. Select Facebook
4. Tap on your Facebook Account
5. Select "Remove Account" from the menu and confirm

(To find this option, either tap the menu button on your device or tap on the three dots in the upper right corner)
(Note: This will not delete your actual Facebook account)

If you have installed the Facebook App you also have to log-out from there:

6. Open your Facebook App
7. In the Settings Menu tap on "Log Out"
8. Open your Game App
9. From your game's settings select Log In with Facebook
(Make sure that you allow Facebook to access your basic profile)

If you still have issues with Facebook Connect, please try our Additional Workaround below.

> Additional Workaround

Should you still have issues please try the following steps:
1. Open your Game App and disconnect from Facebook. If you are already disconnected, proceed to the next step
2. Open your mobile browser, go to www.facebook.com and log-out from there. Repeat for all browsers on the device.
3. Make sure that you are logged out of your Facebook App.
4. Go back to your game and reconnect to Facebook.
