I was at level 929 have lost all progress, profile and coins. Can't reach customer service . Any help would be great. Thanks
I have followed instructions and am unable to contact customer support the way it describes. I'm on windows 10 and when I do it it says "come back from app to contact customer support" it does nothing... There are glitches with the game that I want to report and a charm I've activated stopped working soon after activating it and the game shows I still have almost 2 full days left on it.
I won 1st place yesterday as well and should have won $750 million but I haven’t gotten anything. Plus tried to do customer support and for some reason I can’t get to it on my iPhone or tablet. Can you please help me out on this matter?? Thank you, Cindy
All of my charms are working, except the one I've needed to use the most = the "clover charm". I have restarted the game and tried = no go. I have restarted my computer and tried, again = no go. What is really going on here? signed Onherlastnerve
