Lack of Support

I've been looking on different discussions about your problems and solutions and I discovered a common thread, nobody getting the support they need to solve the problems. A total lack of support, for me when I write about anything they delete it without replying and that's been going on for over a month. I have won many jackpots without receiving the credits from that jackpot. It has happened hundreds of times, I have screenshots proving it but they delete before even looking at. At one time they said I did something wrong but it doesn't make sense to me and that is when they started to delete everything.
I know there are many other out there with similar problems or other problems support has failed to help you with so let's get together and find ways to make them do their job and help us. I wrote to the CEO of Zynga and am waiting a response, really not believing he will but if enough people writes him maybe he might look into it and help us. If anybody else can think of other ways to help support do the job they are getting paid to do, respond to this and let's make the support team start finding solutions to our problems

    Thats why you need to try to play in different casinos, if you are not lucky or you feel that you are being deceived.     It's not luck, it's a total lack of support when you have a problem. Their support dose not help when you need it. I showed them I won a jackpot of over 120 billion credits by showing screenshots i took one minute apart. The first showed the jackpot over 120 billion, the next had a pop up Jackpot won and my name and the jackpot was 39 million and my total credits stayed the same. The support team said somebody else won and my name came up my mistake. That's funny because because it's happened to me over 200 times, I think that my game is flawed. Support didn't help.

    I think in this business everything is too dark to achieve anything from them, but I still wish good luck ...
