On September 3 at approximately 8:00 pm (central time) I was playing golden goose hatchery. I got 4 billion credits on a spin but the credits were never applied to me. I immediately wrote to technical support. I received a notice that stated my message had been received. To date, I haven't heard back regarding this issue . I'm sure your customer service at Zynga is much better than to ignore a customer. I look forward to some sort of response regarding this issue. Thank you.
