Every Yellow Brick Road (YBR) event, we noticed a surge in tickets surfacing cannot collect Gifts issues. This is probably because you have more Gifts to collect since YBR team mates can also send and receive Gifts. What caused players into thinking that they are not able to collect Gifts are best described by the scenarios detailed below:
Note: By design, the default max number of collectable Gifts is 99. It could be showing you have 99 collectable Gifts, but it could be well be over 100 or even above 500.
Sample Scenario 1:
An Emerald player has actual collectable Gifts of 205, but sees 99 collectable Gifts on his/her game. This player chooses to click/tap 'Accept and Send All' to collect the Gifts quickly. Since the Emerald player's Daily Limit is only 20, he/she should still have 185 Gifts left on his/her game after collection. However, he/she should still see the 99 collectable Gifts (instead of 185 Gifts) on his/her game, and clicking/tapping the 'Accept and Send All' should trigger the 'Max Gifts' pop-up. If this player has tracked her before-collecting and after-collecting coins balance, he/she should noticed a jump in the amount.
Sample Scenario 2:
A Sapphire player has actual collectable Gifts of 110, but sees 99 collectable Gifts on his/her game. This players clicks/taps 'Accept and Send All' to collect the Gifts quickly. Since the Sapphire player's Daily Limit is only 15 Gifts, he/she gets the 'Max-Gifts' pop-up and the number of collectable Gifts on his/her game turns to 95.
