What should I do before contacting Customer Support?

To better assist you with any issue in the game, we kindly ask you to gather the following information when contacting Support:

  • Your correct Zynga ID and Device ID
  • Exact error message if you receive any
  • Exact Coin total after an error occurred
  • Bet amount placed
  • Room played in
  • Date and time of day
  • (Optional) Screenshot of your game display immediately after the issue occurred (speeds up our investigation!)
