Hello, I am very upset because all of my small end rooms have disappeared and I do not have the anymore. Also leveled up to 590 and the room remained locked.. I leveled up to 591 and the room still says locked it just skipped right by. Please help. Thank you Lisa . ;)

    I completed all of the Wizard of Oz for 39+must jackpot, received coins and collected. I logged out and then when I logged back in the coins were gone. How do I get them back?

    My wizard of oz slots is allowing someone else's information to come through. I just started playing the game and it has me on level 3000 and I have over 5 zillion credits. I want to play my game from the start how do I fix this problem.

    Wizard of Oz slots are a piece of ****........ Playing the current High Roller games with the Mystery Frenzy....... Gone through million's and just like all of their bonus rounds no MYSTERY FRENZY GIFT. Majority of the games just take your money..... They want too much real money for the amount of play money they give you that doesn't even last through one game.....     I've learned that it does not seem to matter how high you bet, other people's names pop up winning huge jackpot amounts yet all I get are small ones. If I do get my credits up to a sizable size, it sure as **** won't last. I once had over 13,000,000 and within couple of hours it was almost all gone and I never played super high bets. This game is an adictive JOKE and don't even get me started on the amount of actual money I've spent trying to keep playing. It is as bad as any real life casino, but at least there you have a chance to walk away with real cash in hand.

    So I’m updating my latest conversation. To begin with, To **** with your game, I’m done trying to play against a stacked deck. Today I lost all but 100,000 credits after fighting against your game to build up my account to be able to sustain enough credits to play comfortable. I fought hard but couldn’t win. If support would have did their job and helped me then maybe things would have been better. Again all the jackpots I lost playing Best of Friends would have been payed to me then I would have more than enough credits to continue playing but they wasn’t. if the credits I lost from Poppies Poppies Everywhere would have been payed to me same thing I would have been able to continue playing. And if all the jackpots I lost in Welcome to the Emerald City would have been payed I would have been able to continue. But none was and I try to pick up a few credits to try to win a level to get 30 Billion credits because of all credits that was denied and I’m all the blame, I did something terrible and should be punished so bad, what can I do to punish you for not helping me with all the credits I lost and for deleting all my conservations without replying and treating me like I was Hitler or somebody like that. I was taught to give respect to somebody who ask help and that’s not my job, that’s yours. So when I write something give the common courtesy to at least respond I don’t want to answer you or I don’t know but respond, that’s what they pay you for. I bet Mr. Frank Gibeau would not like the way his paid support team is treating his customers because word of mouth is a very good way to either get better support or not so many people playing and maybe some might lose a job. So please reply to this so we can talk about things

    It looks like a lot of players of Wizard Of Oz slots have won jackpots and payoffs and never awarded the credits never was received. This has happened to me well over a hundred times on my IPhone and IPad, just playing Poppies Poppies Everywhere I lost jackpots of over120 billion twice on my IPhone and totaling over 220 twice on my IPad. In fact most multi level jackpot games are the biggest problems. Support is almost useless, I sent screenshots and videos of me winning and not getting rewarded the credits only to get some explanation that doesn't make sense. So I write back asking an explanation of their answer and they start deleting all my questions.
    So I ask what can we do as a group of unsatisfied players to make them pay our lost winnings? Please look at this and respond and maybe as a group we can get the help we need. If needed I have the address of the CEO of Zynga, I have written him a letter and am waiting a response. Probably like his support team he won't answer but if a bunch of letters is sent to him maybe he will see a need to respond. Thank You

    Today was great tonight not so great. My platinum status went back to gold, I lost several epic spin amounts I did not get credit for. I spend quite a bit of money each day and I would like this fixed. Also the new lion game has flipped back to the old game

    I have lost my status, accumulation of consecutive days of signing in, credits and now the wilds and bonuses are not coming up on the wheels and the payouts have decreased significantly and tech support won't respond to my messages. I also have spent a good amount of money within the last month or so to just be ignored.
