How long does Zynga think that people will continue to play something that you can never win at? They want to you to pay for coins but why would someone do that, when every slot game you play is a constant loser. I have switched to different slots, and almost decided to calculate the win/loss ratio because it was so bad. But there's no point, because it is so bad. The ratio equates to a negative. Impossible to get ahead. Not only that, in order to open games up, you must continue to bet big to get anywhere. The "Big Wins" as they call it are so far lopsided from what you bet and what you get in return is ridiculous. Why create a game that's set up for player failure?

They have made it to where the only logical way to win in Hit It Rich is NOT TO PLAY.

Thanks for your feedback netcepter. In Hit It Rich, every spin is random and independent of all past spins. That means that for a given machine slots, the odds are always the same. It makes no difference when the last jackpot was hit or how much the game paid out on any period of time. Maybe it's not your day today. Give it a rest and can try again at a later time. For your feedback, suggestions and bug reports, you can fill out this form. Have a good one! :)

I have bought alot of coins lately and just Sat night I bought $120 more and was gone all day yesterday and right now have very few coins left.. Why do I bother to buy them? I buy and they tighten up by game and I lose them all.. I have never been a big winner but was hoping that buying coins would help, nope still struggling all the time to have a few coins.. I see the same people winning jackpots after jackpots and have billions of coins. I struggle to keep 1 million, but mostly I have way less than that.. Hundreds of dollars is alot for fake coins.. And another complaint is that I am level 734 and my 2 hour bonuses are a big joke too. I talk to people who get the max all the time.. Not me. I have all the max amounts but every 2 hours I average out to 24,000 coins.. I have been playing for over 2 yrs.. got in on the ground floor and have always struggled.. How about loosening up my slots for a loyal player

Thanks for the answer but my question would be then, how can I have day after day of losing.. 120 dollars is not cheap.. and to lose the coins in no time is disgusting.. And I don't bed alot.. so I just don't buy all that.. I do however see the same winners posting over and over and over.. So I don't think I believe what you say

I have had my suspicions about some players set up to win and yesterday I saw it was true.. A fellow player that I am friends with on the game posted she had hardly any coins.. about the same as me.. then all of a sudden she started winning and within 2 hours she had 66 million coins and said she never buys coins because she always wins... Must be nice.. I would like it to be a fair playing field..

I have also bought a lot of coins as I think it is the best online game. I am recovering from a torn ACL and was loving playing. I purchased a huge amount this past week only to see it dribble down very quickly. I have even one the Daily Race a couple of times- but can't ever win now. Yes I do believe it is not a chance of the "roll". Sad because I didn't mind buying coins. But to never even win a bonus with a $300.00 purchased is crazy. My pockets aren't that deep. Even Ceasers (the real casino conglomerate) all over the US has higher payouts- but I can't travel right now.

I purchased coins as well (only $30 just to see if it was worth purchasing) only to have the same result as the above posts. You would think that real money was on the line but the only real money anyone is paying out is your customers. Granted, games of chance are some you win, some you lose but paying money with absolutely no chance of winning it back surely the odds should be stacked in our favour.

This is a complete lie........ as you can see from the number of posts doing a search nothing is random it is set to fail and send you a pop up asking you to spend money. and even when you do you fail faster. maby somone should start a vote for people to vote on to see who losing/wining to prove your lie. you cant win when you get 1 to 2 min of spinning min bet per 3 ****s or you spend 5.00 and get 5 min at min bet.

    FEEDBACK
I agree with netcepter and everyone else. It is setup to fail, even when buying coins! It's a scam to get money! I can't believe that Mr. Uncanny with zynga said it "maybe it's just not your day..." guess what, it's never anyone's day on hit it rich! My average play time is 10 minutes on the lowest bet. BTW, I have to bet the lowest because I do not get enough daily credits to bet the astronomically high and unattainable bets. I have bought coins before (small amount for the price) and it was gone in no time. Ì return quite often, every time the credits are available, and I have never had a "good day" with "hit it rich" even though I have played every day consecutively for several months. I understand why they offer, excuse me, bombard players with offers for coins, it's a business; why would anyone want to buy coins if they are constantly losing, especially buy them again and again? I don't get that business model. I actually have better luck at my local casino with real money even when I walk out empty handed because at least I got to play awhile.

So, Mr. Uncanny and everyone else at hit it rich, here us your feedback.

    1. Value your players time, participation, loyalty, and their money. Change the payout percentage to increase the odds of winning, if you want to keep your customers and gain new ones (I don't want to share on social media that I only won 7,000 after 30 spins and in 7 more spins I will be forced to quit), unless of course you don't want to keep them. I highly doubt that you DON'T want new players due to the constant "share with friends " and "invite friends" pop-up messages we get.

    2. Reward players with credits, higher bonuses, or free spins for inviting friends and sharing on social media during game play.

    3. Increase the free bonus credits so that players can stay and play longer, long enough to actually enjoy it.
It's not fun to stress about hurrying to get a win before you run out of credits then getting **** and frustrated because you just wasted 5 minutes of your day with nothing to show for it. The purpose of most games is to have fun, right?

    4. Increase the streak bonus to reward loyalty therefore encouraging the player's return.

    5. Increase the 2 previously mentioned bonuses every time a player purchases coins to reward their purchase and encourage future purchases.

    6. Decrease the required bet for jackpots and mystery gifts. As mentioned above, in my comment and in nearly all the other comments, there is a big issue with running out of credits so extremely fast. This fact eliminates the ABILITY to even make that bet whether it's at the start of the game or in the middle of the game.

    * The fact that there is an issue (undeniably there is an issue ) with a lack of initial "free bonus" means that if the player is lucky enough, or saved all credits without playing them, bought credits, or somehow came up with enough credits to meet the higher bet, they have to chose between playing a few minutes longer or taking the big risk of betting more and losing it all. This is not enjoyable, it is not fun, it is not fair, it IS a joke at your customer's expense, it IS bad business.

    7. I like the themes of the games.

    8. I like the graphics.

I agree! When I first started playing this game the bonus payed great and now it is a rip off. I would not buy coins in the future because there is no cash payback. Not having fun anymore. Looking for better games!

How c an someone Cheat at these games? Don't you think if there was a way we'd all know how to do it? And wouldn't Zynga put a stop to it?

Anyway if you think someone is cheating, report them.

In my opinion, there are many players who don't know how to play slot machines. I've found that there are certain games that overall pay better then others. That was learned through trial and error. Playing different games with small amounts to determine which games paid back at a higher percentage.

One you find one of those games you slowly bump up your bets. Remember a Game that hasn't hit is not due to hit. Each spin is a separate and unique event. If you're playing a losing game, it will continue to lose. Even winning games can have bad spells, so set limits on how much you can afford to lose, a n d stick to them. Come back to that game another time, or quit playing all together. Give yourself a break.

These games are called one armed bandits for a reason. That's why I never, ever pay for coins. Why? It's a Game, not a real slot machine. Now if you could trade in your winnings for cash or real tangible prizes, then I might pay for coins. But as it is, it's just a Game meant to generate income for the manufacturer.

The reason you dont win is because you are not supposed to. I read an article written about these games. In order for them to not be considered a casino, they have to only offer fake coins. You pay like you would at a casino, but get nothing back in cash return. It's a loophole for them to make money off of you like a casino, but get nothing in return. That is why you lose so easily and asked to buy tokens. At least real casinos are regulated to pay a certain amount. These games are not. You are crazy if you spend money on this. Save your money and hit a real casino. Maybe then at least you can win real money. If people stopped paying for this, they would start paying out more. I would gladly pay a monthly fee of $1.99 or something to get unlimited tokens like Pogo, but not what they want to charge per tokens added. Good luck all. Google Facebook gambling loophole.

Yeah well check the VIP Status of the people that are winning and tell me that isn't a fluke. I have all the games unlocked and I can't even get past the gold status. Have people that can win 4 jackpots in an hour and go about their business the rest of their day. Same thing day after day so no I don't believe this is random and that we don't know how to play. You'll never convince me that the ones in the billions are smarter than the next player and know how to play these games. They just use a million dollars a spin and win. I use a million a spin and walk away broke. Luck of the draw "I don't think so".

Hi Spinners! Thanks for sharing your thoughts regarding the game. During the Jackpot game, the amount in the coin counter increases every time a qualified bet is placed and spun. Once it reaches a specific amount (set randomly), the system will randomly select a winner. Also, if you think someone is cheating, please report them to the team for investigation. If you would like to share additional feedback and suggestions, feel free to check this link and fill out the Form.

Nope I am in VIP status and I buy coins and have learned my lesson. I just had over 300,000 coins and played 10 grand coins with in five minutes no wins and out of coins. This game is a rip off. And if you hold out to spin for your bonus the bonus is way low. It's a rip off app. So yeah I have seen my friends stop plying also. All games on here u have to buy if you really want to play. It's a joke.

It's called gambling. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose! It's the same in Vegas! You certainly can't complain to them!

The game is based on a real casino experience, the odds are in individual's luck. There are really times that we hit consecutive good streaks and sometimes not. Please try betting a smaller amount first and see how it goes into a specific room.

I have played several zynga owned slot machine games. Hit It Rich, Wizard of Oz Slots, and Willy Wonka Slots. They are all the same, you lose and lise. Zynga has complete failure to realize that customers do NOT want to spend real money on credits if they are lising. People spend when Happy and Winning occaisonally. I never am on Hit It Rich. I used around $20 to try it out, lost it in minutes, paid one more time then gave up. They will never get another cent out of me unless they suddenly offer me a ton of credits for free to make up for ripping me off completely. This goes for Willy Wonka slots also. My credits disappeared on there. I quit playing it for 11 months I was so mad. Went back to it just to see if it was ever resolved, my game had reset back as if I never played. I began again, shouldnt have, and lising again. They need to offer WAY more credits daily free, I mean like at least 15 million, not this petty amt then wait hours. I would continue paying and buying credits IF I felt it were fair, if I began to win and enjoy myself. No one wants to play when concerned the entire time that credits are running out on them. Its stressful and stupid. I also want my 150 million credits back on Wizard of Oz that vanished just because I quit playing 5 months. Inactivity should NOT have made my money go away, thats just not ok. With all the purchased I have given Zynga over the years, on Poker, Farmville, Cityville, slots, they ought to respect me as a paying customer by now enough to not only listen and resolve my issues, but also offer me something for FREE for all this stress and unfairness, losses etc. That is good business oractice and keeps customers coming back. As it stands I am about one min away from saying goodbye to Zynga forever. If I do, they WILL be lising a real cash customer, you would think theyd care, but apparently they do not. And why should we have to VOTE before you fix issues? FIX them, plain and simple. . I will vote with my wallet and no longer support your company if you do not fix this.

Lol I just spun over 200 spins at 2.5 million a spin and I only won my bet back 3 times 2 were exactly 2.5 million and one was 4.7 million the rest I lost on this game is a joke and a rip off these are not real casino odds they are make you lose your coins to try and get you to spend money odds
  • Victoria58Victoria58 Posts: 4Registered User, Facebook Connect User Not a Title, but a Star
I just had 400 million coins I was playing with a $500 bet. I won 30 free spins. After 30 spins I won 8,000,000! Out of those 30 free spins I only won credits on two of the spins. I captured a screenshot to prove it if anyone wants to see it just ask.
After 15 more minutes of playing, I am down to 200 million. This happens all the time!! It seems to me every time I buy coins my odds go down and I mean way down. When I dont buy coins my odds are much higher. How to win on Zynga ? Is it worth it to buy coins on Zynga? Are my odds better if I buy coins? NO! NO! AND NO! When I pay $20 hours for something I would expect to have a little more enjoyment in any game!!

I agree with the comments above. The annoying part is that most wins are less, and a lot less than what you staked. I have never seen any real life slot machine like that. And like everyone else I see the same names winning jackpot after jackpot and the stakes to even stand a chance of winning a jackpot are ridiculously high.

  • Momof4kidsMomof4kids Posts: 621Registered User, Facebook Connect User Mazter Guardian

They are the same winners winning the jackpot! I screen shot it several times when it comes across that someone won the jackpot and they want you to check out the game, Cathy Collins, a very generic name I might add has won it FOUR times in the last several weeks! Come on, we are not that stupid!

  • bulldogryanbulldogryan Posts: 140Registered User, Facebook Connect User Saint Spontaneous

Wow that should be reason right there to Run not Walk away from this game forever. Shame on Zynga. Shame Shame Shame. That is deplorable.

It was soooo **** funny! Right AFTER I posted the above, I swear to GOD! Right after the post came over my iPad that Cathy Colin’s won the jackpot! I don’t know how to send the screen shots as proof but that was so funny! The game is truly rigged and like I said Cathy Collins is one **** lucky gal!

Have you noticed that the “random” spin claimed frequently has the exact same spin? Especially if you stop it short. Also have you noticed that the spin stumbles just as a winning set comes up and goes just a little further so you don’t win as much or at all?
  • Momof4kidsMomof4kids Posts: 621Registered User, Facebook Connect User Mazter Guardian

I also noticed several times the machine changes set mid spin to avoid a bonus. Mustang money does this all the time! It’s so blatantly obvious. These games are so bad now even if you have a small winning streak, you loose it right away. How long will people put up with this? Amazing. I don’t want a real casino, I want a game, that’s hat this is with fake coins! What do you get? Absolutely nothing tangible, and now you can’t even sit and play for awhile just to have a little fun. I can’t do it anymore, I would rather bang my head on a wall of concrete, it’s pretty much the same overall experience! It does not leave you with a pleasant experience
