Issue: Very often, more often than not, when i attempt to collect my free bonus credits, it resets the clock to represent the next time i can collect but fails to give me the credits...this is quite frustrating since I've spent a fair amount of money on this game and feel i should at the very least get the ones due to me.
Date/Time this occurred: 01/01/15 to present time, not sure how many incidents...more than i cared to try to keep count of...

    I've gone through the troubleshooting steps. The Force-Stop does not help. Please let me know what you find out.

    Details: I used to be able to bet my usual 100,000 in each room. Since the changes/bugs this is impossible. I can only do this in Dorothy & Toto. You've removed the casino feel by forcing me to sit at the dollar slots when I want to be a nickel player. Also, when entering a slot the bet is now at the maximum amount where previously it was set at my last bet (100,000.) As such, not expecting this change of events, I hit spin and lost 5 million credits. Please let me know if you'll be changing it back, because as it is now, I'm not having fun.

    Details: All my friends get a Daily Bonus Feature that when they log in everyday they get extra credits. I do not get this feature. I have tried: removing the app several times, different browsers opera, firefox and IE. I have went to someone else's house and logged in from their location, and I still don't have it.

    I live with my sister, and she has it on her account, so I know it can't be anything to do with windows or the browser, it has to be something specifically with my account I think.

    I asked in the players forum and no one knew or replied except to tell me to contact support. I did this SEVERAL times, and have gotten no response, and no help, and the issue still persists. So, how do I get this fixed?

    Issue: Logged in today and my 14 million+ coins was down to 30,000. I collected bonus of 750,000 and coins remained at 30,000. 14 million missing is not FAIR.

    I can not collect the consecutive day bonus and can not collect the in-game collection items.
    This is not a cache or computer issues as I am able to collect these on a different account.
    I have also never recieved my free gift from the closure of Zanga Slots.

    Details: I have heard daily bonuses are available. I have never seen anything that would indacat that I am getting this. And why do you have the bonus timer. I think I read that this is to keep players from taking advantage of it. I don't understand how this is possible. It is very annoying.

    Everything froze in the middle of this Epic Win. Had to refresh page because of the freeze and NONE of the coins were paid. I would like the coins I won given to me. This is where it froze, it was not even finished totalling the win. HOW do we fix this

    Every time I try to get into enchanted forest world it starts to load then the whole program closes and kicks me out of your game entirely. Then automatically goes back to my home screen. Super frustrated I want to play the next world :(

    Hi, Bryana Kee! Thanks for bringing this up. Does this happen to any World/Room or does this only occur when entering the Enchanted Forest World? You can also try performing basic troubleshooting steps to help stabilize your connection.

    I can not log in on my android phone starting this afternoon. I have tried all your troubleshooting steps and none of it helps. I play on my phone and on FB. All I have left to do is uninstall game and reinstall but I am afraid I will lose all my coins.

    I keep having an issue where when I collect my 2 hour bonus, the consecutive days bonus resets. last time I collected, roughly 2 hours ago, I was at 7 consecutive days. just now it reset to the first day. This has happened several times over the last few weeks. I am certainly not going more than a day without collecting, but it keeps resetting. Usually during the same day.

    This happened to me just now I was on day 71... I had 33 mins to collect again and it reset now I'm on day 1.... what do i do...

    Not cool to lose over a billion credits with you guys. In just 8 days I have lost over 500 million credits. I lost a 65 day daily streak. Haven't moved over 1day streak in 8 days (have pics) and credits being reset also not cool or taken away winnings also not cool. Always connected wifi or cell. Not cool losing these credits. Definitely not cool having so many issues especially that I have spentl over $500.00 with this game within 73 days
    I'm level 301, over 200 billion credits spent to get here

Why do guests win Jackpots, I feel that if you are not a registered user you should not have the function to win a jackpot that should only b available to registered users. How to get higher VIP status without paying for it? Why don't we have the information available on what you have to have on the wheel for any bonus or jackpots they are always random on slots but you always know that ex: 5 Dorothy line 1 is jackpot, but not on here it shows no onto and again I have won these bonus things but they are always different never same.
    Also can't put screen shots here no option for them.

    Yea its there way to steal resources from everyone.. they not going to change it..I lost over 1 billion coins due too entering the game and hitting the bet button not thinking.. it what makes this game sucks..I hardly ever play anymore.. I just load my game and collect daily bonus or gifts or watch a video, all I do is slowly collect collect coins..I mean it a shame that u can't enjoy a fun game because the development team only designs it to steal people resources thru catching them off guard..sorry zynga but that how I feel about your games..remember one thing stealing doesn't bring customers lol making people happy and having fun with the is the only way..yes u get few people add the app and buy a few coins but how long does that last when they figure out that it all rigged to zynga favor...also another problem or your way to steal..I play on the bonus wheel machine on regular days lol I get a few of the bonus wheel...lol then u have a day where u say my chances r more to win bonus wheel..lol I up my bets and play more..lol I not only don't hit the bonus wheel I also have 10 times more losing spins..another reason I stop spinning on those days...also another issue I have with your game..why or how can 1 person win 20 jackpots back to back in just minutes..but a player like me can't even win a big win on a frenzy day..it's either u encourage bot/hacker with everything u do or u slow down the machine payout % on us..so other words only bot/hacker can win them..just so u know they do...lol they jump on every frenzy machine and take all the big jackpots in just minutes...u call this game fair play...I spent billions on a frenzy day and can't and never have won a jackpot..but there some can win 20 back to back..lol keep your so called fair play game..zynga never get another penny of my money until zynga fixes that issue..point blank make it fair play for everyone and or ban the hackers/bot players..

    Next the road to riches has reset now to day one when I was on the second to last challenge with one bonus to go.

    I'm with Amie! This is ****! Every time I collect my bonus, I don't get the credits. I spend money and my coins just disappear! Zynga needs to reimburse the people who have spent money on their crappy game!!!!

    Why is it, that it will say free credits for watching some silly advertising for another game. I keep watching these and get no credits. Is happened more than I really care to say, but approximating about 10 times now . So in reality I should be sitting on 30,000,000 credits. Zynga really needs to fix the bugs in this game. I dl Wonka then decided it was another Zynga product and know that it will be as screwed up as this one so I Uninstalled it.

    Ok just so u guys there at zynga.. the last 2 weeks I been playing around... I been playing to see if it's possible to win jackpot without a cheat mod..I see the same person win the jackpot like every 15 minutes... I spent over 1.5 billion in chips and over 1000 spins.. honestly I don't feel it's a fair way of playing... how can 1 person win them every 15 minutes all day and I can win 1... I have money to spend on a game but I refuse to pay to play game I honestly don't feel it's fair for me... I have won every kind of bonus except anything to do win a jackpot.. hrs of trying ton of chip... I give up on it.. sorry guys I honestly getting tired of seeing the same person win jackpots every 15 minutes all day and I have no chance... make it fair play and stop the cheats mod from stealing all the jackpots and I consider playing again...

    Details: I played last night and finished the daily quest, then played until I was down to 77 million coins, the game stopped responding and Android killed the app. When I logged back on this morning a message appeared saying "Disconnected from Network" and after I closed that, everything had been reset. My bonus streak has started over to day one. All my coins are gone. Freebie coins were given again, but all my forward progress has been deleted (with the exception of levels). I'm really disappointed, it took me so many days to finally get a win streak going to actually have fun playing instead of spinning a few times and the day being over.
