Players of this game please beware that the customer service from Zygna is atrocious! I have been a player of this game for a little over a year. Finally i won a Golden Ticket and the game forced closed on me. I talked to 3 different customer service agents telling me it was a known issue for the game to force close at times. I was credited 11 million credits. A measly 11 million credits when I should of been giving my Golden Ticket for the Mega Jackpot. I was told they need a screen shot of me winning the golden ticket for them to credit my account.
Well Zynga customer support when a game force closes, which as you know happens instantaneously how would it be humanly possible for me to take a screen shot ? It's not possible. In the end nothing was done for this but an "oh well I am sorry here is 11 million credits and provide us with a screen shot that we know you cant take!"
I might as well add on here that the slots are absolutely a scam. Today I was playing and i had 180 million credits playing "So Long As It's Gum." I was betting 240k per spin...it took me all the way down to 36 million credits! Thats a loss of 144 million credits over 6000 spins! I watched it the whole time the game let me win maybe 35 times.
Also worth noting DO NOT BET BIG...you will always lose it very quickly. I have had better success winning millions for hours betting the minumin bet. As soon as i switched it to above the minium bet lost ever single spin!!!!
I want to warn ALL players of this game not to purchase coins either because if the game force closes and you lose all of your credits they are more than likely will just say oh well im sorry heres 11 million credits even though you purchased $100.00 worth!
